Ayurvedic Spring Reset Tea (CCF Tea)

A gentle, digestive‑supporting tea to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded as the seasons shift.

Purpose

A soothing Ayurvedic blend traditionally used to support digestion, reduce bloating, and gently reset the system during seasonal transitions—especially early spring when the body can feel heavy or sluggish.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds

  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds

  • 3 cups warm water

Instructions

  1. Add cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds to a small pot with 3 cups of water.

  2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.

  3. Strain into your favorite mug.

  4. Sip slowly, noticing warmth spreading through your belly and chest.

Variations

  • Add a thin slice of fresh ginger for extra warmth.

  • Add a squeeze of lemon for brightness.

  • Reduce the seeds by half if you prefer a milder flavor.

Safety Notes

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition, check with a qualified healthcare provider before adding herbal teas to your routine. This tea is generally gentle, but individual needs vary.

When to Use This Practice

  • First thing in the morning

  • After a heavy meal

  • During seasonal transitions (especially spring)

  • When digestion feels sluggish or unsettled

  • As a grounding ritual before meditation or yoga
