Ayurvedic Spring Reset Tea (CCF Tea)
Michelle Dhanoa | MAR 8
A gentle, digestive‑supporting tea to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded as the seasons shift.
A soothing Ayurvedic blend traditionally used to support digestion, reduce bloating, and gently reset the system during seasonal transitions—especially early spring when the body can feel heavy or sluggish.
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
3 cups warm water
Add cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds to a small pot with 3 cups of water.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Strain into your favorite mug.
Sip slowly, noticing warmth spreading through your belly and chest.
Add a thin slice of fresh ginger for extra warmth.
Add a squeeze of lemon for brightness.
Reduce the seeds by half if you prefer a milder flavor.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a medical condition, check with a qualified healthcare provider before adding herbal teas to your routine. This tea is generally gentle, but individual needs vary.
First thing in the morning
After a heavy meal
During seasonal transitions (especially spring)
When digestion feels sluggish or unsettled
