Now Accepting Prime Fitness Members!

We are thrilled to announce that we now accept Prime Fitness members for all our classes! This means you can easily book and pay for your favorite sessions using your Prime Fitness membership. At Michelle Dhanoa Yoga & Wellness, we offer a diverse range of in-person and virtual classes designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're seeking the calming embrace of yoga, the meditative stillness of sound baths, or the invigorating breathwork of pranayama, there's something here for everyone.

Our Services:

  • Yoga Offerings: Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hot Vinyasa Yoga, Beginner Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga with Props, Prenatal Yoga, Senior Yoga, Yoga Foundations, and Chair Yoga.
  • Mindfulness Sessions: Sound Baths, Breathwork, and Meditation.

How to Book Classes:

  1. Visit Our Website: Head over to www.michelledhanoa.com to view our class schedule.
  2. Create an Account: Select 'Login' at the top right corner of the website. In the questions, select 'Yes' to Prime Fitness member.
  3. Sign the Waiver: Once you create your account and sign the waiver, you will be able to register for classes.
  4. Check-In with Prime Fitness: When you arrive at the class, please use your Prime Fitness app to check in so your class is paid for.

Important Information:

  • Book in Advance: Please book your spot in advance to ensure availability.
  • Bring Your Own Mat and Props: Participants need to bring their own yoga mat and props.
  • Location: We are located at 5621 Old Frederick Rd (Entrance on Harlem Lane), Catonsville, MD 21228, USA.
