Women’s Wellness Morning Reset
Michelle Dhanoa | MAR 8
A gentle, hormone‑supportive morning ritual to cultivate clarity, steadiness, and emotional balance.
A simple, supportive practice designed to help women begin the day with grounded energy, balanced breath, and a sense of inner connection. This ritual supports hormonal rhythms, emotional steadiness, and nervous system regulation.
3 slow breaths
Gentle chest opening
One supportive affirmation
Optional: warm lemon water or herbal tea
Sit comfortably and place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.
Take three slow breaths, letting your exhale soften your chest and shoulders.
Gently roll your shoulders back and lift your heart slightly, creating space for deeper breath.
Whisper a supportive affirmation such as “I move gently,” “I honor my pace,” or “My energy is enough.”
Sip something warm to anchor your body into the morning.
Keep eyes open if closing them feels activating.
Add a gentle side stretch to open the ribs.
Pair with a short gratitude note or intention.
If mornings feel overwhelming, shorten the practice to one breath and one affirmation. Let the ritual meet you where you are.
First thing in the morning
Before caregiving or work
During hormonal shifts (cycle changes, perimenopause, postpartum)
On days that feel heavy or rushed
