Gentle Yoga

Enjoy the calming effects of Gentle Yoga, a practice that focuses on slow, mindful movements and deep relaxation. These classes are perfect for those looking to reduce stress and promote overall well-being.

Designed for beginners, this class moves slowly, and offers modifications for all participants. Each class begins seated on a yoga mat with options to be elevated on blankets or blocks to keep the spine long and tall. Postures include hands and knees and standing poses. We return to the mat on the belly and back for additional back and core strengthening. Savasana and meditation are practiced at the end of each class.

Participants should bring their own yoga mats and props.
