What to Bring:

  • Yoga Mat: A non-slip mat is essential for maintaining stability during poses.
  • Towel: Bring a large towel to cover your mat and a smaller one to wipe off sweat.
  • Props: Blocks, straps, or any other props you typically use in your practice.
  • Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is crucial, so bring a large bottle of water.

Additional Tips:

  • Hydrate Well: Drink plenty of water before class to ensure you're well-hydrated.
  • Avoid Heavy Meals: Eat a light meal at least 2-3 hours before class to avoid discomfort.
  • Arrive Early: Arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class to check in and meet Michelle in the lobby.
