Meditation for PTSD

Experience the therapeutic benefits of meditation designed specifically for individuals with PTSD. These sessions include:

  • Guided meditations aimed at reducing anxiety and trauma-related symptoms.
  • Techniques to develop emotional resilience and coping strategies.
  • Practices to promote a sense of safety and well-being.

There are many benefits to incorporating meditation into your daily life. As a certified yoga instructor, I will provide participants with knowledge about what meditation entails and how it can be used as a method for relaxation, to cope with stress, and gain mindfulness and self-awareness. Participants will be led through a meditation exercise that can be integrated into everyday habits.

Participants should bring their own yoga mats and props.
